Chapter 17 was added February 12, 1984, P.L.26, No.11. Section 12 of Act 12 of 1984 provided that Act 11 shall take effect October 1, 1984. Prior Provisions. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law.
