§ 1961. Secure power of attorney. The fee for processing a secure power of attorney submitted for the purpose of odometer disclosure when not accompanied by an application for title shall be $15. (Dec. 7, 1994, P.L.820, No.115, eff. 60 days) 1994 Amendment. Act 115 added section 1961.
