§ 9402. Construction of chapter. This chapter shall be construed in conjunction with Chapter 90 (relating to liquid fuels and fuels tax), and any terms defined therein shall have the same meanings when used in this chapter. (Apr. 17, 1997, P.L.6, No.3, eff. July 1, 1997)
