§ 1-3-11 Procedure for adoption ofregulations. – No airport zoning regulations shall be adopted, amended or changed under thischapter except by action of the legislative body of the political subdivisionin question, or the joint board provided for in § 1-3-6, after a publichearing in relation to these zoning regulations, at which parties of interestand citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. At least fifteen (15) days'notice of the hearing shall be published in an official paper, or a paper ofgeneral circulation, in the political subdivision or subdivisions in which theairport or airport hazard areas are located.
