§ 1-3-12 Incorporation in general zoningregulations. – In the event that a political subdivision has adopted or adopts a comprehensivezoning ordinance regulating, among other things, the height of buildings, anyairport zoning regulations adopted for the same area or portion of the areaunder this chapter may be incorporated in those general zoning regulations, andbe administered and enforced in connection with those regulations, but thosegeneral zoning regulations shall not limit the effectiveness of the regulationsadopted under this chapter.
