§ 1-3-13 Conflict with general zoningregulations. – In the event of conflict between any airport zoning regulations adopted underthis chapter and any other regulations applicable to the same area, whether theconflict is with respect to the height of structures or trees, the use of land,or any other matter, and whether those regulations were adopted by thepolitical subdivision that adopted the airport zoning regulations or by someother political subdivision, the more stringent limitation or requirement shallgovern.
