§ 1-3-7 Airspace plans to be considered inzoning. – In adopting, administering, and enforcing any airport zoning regulations underthis chapter, the political subdivision or subdivisions shall consider theairport airspace plan prepared by the airport corporation and the furtherconsiderations outlined in § 1-3-4.
