§ 1-3-8 Reasonableness of zoningregulations. – All airport zoning regulations adopted under this chapter shall be reasonableand none shall impose any requirement or restriction which is not reasonablynecessary to effectuate the purpose of the chapter. In addition, each politicalsubdivision and zoning board shall consider the regulations or standardspromulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration in zoning the use of landand structures in areas over which jurisdiction is assumed.
