§ 1-4-19 Penalty for violations. –Any person failing to comply with the requirements, or violating any of theprovisions of this chapter, or the rules, regulations, or orders adopted by thedirector is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding fivehundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or byboth.
