§ 10-13-6 - Service of citation on attorney general.

SECTION 10-13-6

   § 10-13-6  Service of citation on attorneygeneral. – The citation described in § 10-13-5 shall be issued to and served upon theattorney general, in the same manner and with the same effect as is provided inthe case of creditors other than the state.
