SECTION 10-20-10

   § 10-20-10  Rights and remediesnonexclusive. – No existing civil or criminal remedy for any wrongful action shall be excludedor impaired by § 10-20-3. The rights and remedies provided herein shall bein addition to any administrative, regulatory, statutory, or common law rightsand remedies now or hereafter available.
