§ 10-3-13 - Rehearing after vacation of award.

SECTION 10-3-13

   § 10-3-13  Rehearing after vacation ofaward. – Where an award is vacated, and the time within which the agreement required theaward to be made has not expired, the court may, in its discretion, direct arehearing by the arbitrators.
