§ 10-3-7 - Manner of making and hearing applications.

SECTION 10-3-7

   § 10-3-7  Manner of making and hearingapplications. – Any application to the court under this chapter shall be made and heard in themanner provided by law for the making and hearing of motions, except asotherwise expressly provided in this chapter.
