§ 10-5-41 - Time of attachment shown in return.

SECTION 10-5-41

   § 10-5-41  Time of attachment shown inreturn. – The officer who shall make any attachment shall, in his or her return, setforth the time of the day when the attachment was made, to the end that thepriority of attachment may be known.
