§ 10-9-7 - Receipt and return of writ.

SECTION 10-9-7

   § 10-9-7  Receipt and return of writ.– Any person to whom the writ is directed shall receive it, and upon payment ortender of charges, if any be demandable for the execution of it, he or sheshall make due return of the writ.
