§ 11-34.1-13 - Reporting.

SECTION 11-34.1-13

   § 11-34.1-13  Reporting. – On or before January 15, 2010, and semi-annually thereafter, each lawenforcement agency in this state shall file with the Governor, the AttorneyGeneral, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of theSenate a report concerning the agency's enforcement of this chapter during thepreceding six (6) month period. Each semi-annual report shall contain, but neednot be limited to, the following information:

   (1) The number of persons arrested pursuant to subsection11-34.1-2(a), subsection 11-34.1-2(b), § 11-34.1-3, § 11-34.1-4,subsection 11-34.1-6(a), subsection 11-34.1-6(b) and subsection 11-34.1-7 ofthis chapter;

   (2) Of those arrested, the number of persons convicted,placed on probation, whose case is filed pursuant to § 12-10-12, whetherthose persons pled guilty or nolo contendere or were found guilty after trialby judge or jury;

   (3) The fines and/or sentences of those persons identifiedpursuant to subdivision (2) of this section; and

   (4) A summary of the amounts of fines levied and the lengthsof sentences identified pursuant to subdivision (3) of this section.
