SECTION 11-36-4

   § 11-36-4  Injuring railroad signals orsignal lines. – Whoever unlawfully and intentionally injures, molests, or destroys any electricor other signal of a railroad corporation, or any line, wire, post, or otherstructure or mechanism used in connection with a signal on a railroad, ordestroys, or in any way interferes with, the proper working of the signal,shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or byimprisonment not exceeding two (2) years.
