§ 11-37-14 Severability. – If the provisions of this chapter or their application to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, their invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the chapterare declared to be severable.
