§ 13-13-6 - Surrendering of inmate.

SECTION 13-13-6

   § 13-13-6  Surrendering of inmate. –It shall be lawful and mandatory upon the warden or other official in charge ofa penal or correctional institution in this state to give over the person ofany inmate of the institution whenever so required by the operation of theAgreement on Detainers.
