§ 15-15.1-4.1 - Form of certification or confirmation.

SECTION 15-15.1-4.1

   § 15-15.1-4.1  Form of certification orconfirmation. – A form in substantially the following language shall suffice for the purposesof filing of certificate or confirmation:
