§ 15-23.1-701 - Proceeding to determine parentage.

SECTION 15-23.1-701

   § 15-23.1-701  Proceeding to determineparentage. – A court of this state authorized to determine parentage of a child may serve asa responding tribunal in a proceeding to determine parentage brought under thischapter or a law substantially similar to this chapter.
