§ 15-23.1-905 - Jurisdiction.

SECTION 15-23.1-905

   § 15-23.1-905  Jurisdiction. – The Rhode Island family court, and where specifically authorized by law, theRhode Island division of taxation within the department of administration,shall have jurisdiction of any proceeding under this chapter.
