§ 15-8-4 - Limitation on recovery from the father.

SECTION 15-8-4

   § 15-8-4  Limitation on recovery from thefather. – The father's liabilities for past education and necessary support andmaintenance are limited to a period of six (6) years next preceding thecommencement of an action under the provisions of this chapter.
