§ 16-11-7 Publication of contracts. –True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to theagreement shall be kept on file in the office of the commissioner of elementaryand secondary education and in the office of the secretary of state. Thedepartment of elementary and secondary education shall publish all contracts inconvenient form.
