§ 16-38-12 Penalty for violations. –Every person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined notexceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30)days unless provided in this section; provided, that the penalty shall notapply to §§ 16-38-4 to 16-38-6.
