§ 16-38-3 Maintenance of nuisances inproximity to schools. – No person shall keep any swine in any pen or other enclosure, or shall keep orsuffer to be kept any other nuisance, within one hundred (100) feet of anyschoolhouse or within one hundred (100) feet of any fence enclosing the yard ofany schoolhouse.
