SECTION 16-40-10.1
§ 16-40-10.1 Katharine Gibbs School.– Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or general law to the contrary, theKatharine Gibbs School shall be authorized to grant associate degrees providedthat it is in compliance with the regulations and standards for approvaladopted by the board of regents for elementary and secondary education or theboard of governors for higher education, as appropriate.
