§ 16-50-8 Judicial review. – Any action of the commissioner of elementary and secondary education respectingthe issuance, denial, or revocation of a permit pursuant to § 16-50-5shall be subject to judicial review in accordance with the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
