§ 16-61-11 Political activitiesprohibited. – The authority shall be prohibited from supporting or opposing any politicalparty or candidate for public office, elective or otherwise, and fromattempting to influence the enactment of legislation. The authority shall notbe precluded from promoting full discussions of public issues pursuant to rulesand regulations that the authority may promulgate.
