§ 16-77.1-6 - Charter public schools eligible for funding.

SECTION 16-77.1-6

   § 16-77.1-6  Charter public schoolseligible for funding. – For purposes of this chapter, a charter public school shall be all schools asdefined in chapter 77 of this title and shall also include the Textron Chamberof Commerce Academy and the Times 2 Academy.
