§ 16-90-3 Purpose. – The purpose of this chapter is to initiate a process by which the state mayachieve the goal of collecting, maintaining, analyzing and reporting of datarelating to the graduation rates of the students in our public high schools asan essential step in addressing gaps in educational achievement among ourdiverse student population.
