§ 17-10-20 - Neglect of duty by public officers.

SECTION 17-10-20

   § 17-10-20  Neglect of duty by publicofficers. – Any public officer upon whom a duty is imposed by this chapter or chapter 9.1of this title, who willfully neglects to perform the duty, shall be guilty of afelony.
