§ 17-15-26 - Challenge of identity as to right to vote.

SECTION 17-15-26

   § 17-15-26  Challenge of identity as toright to vote. – Whenever the identity of any person offering to vote is challenged at thepolling place, that person shall be permitted to vote only by using aprovisional ballot as defined in § 17-19-24.1.
