§ 17-19-25 Certified voting list –Duty of bipartisan supervisor. – Immediately upon the close of the polls, the bipartisan pair of supervisorsshall securely bind, tie, or seal the certified voting list in the manner thatshall be required by the state board, and the supervisors shall affix thereontheir certificate under oath that the marks within the certified voting listnext to each voter's name comprise one for each person who was permitted topass before the warden and to cast a vote at the election, and that to the bestof his or her knowledge and belief no person voted at the election who did notsign the certified voter list, and that each of the persons was identified inthe manner provided by law before being permitted to vote. The bipartisan pairof supervisors shall then give the certified voter list to the warden, whoshall deliver the list to the local board together with the affidavits andmaterials used at the election.
