SECTION 17-19-35

   § 17-19-35  Guarding optical scan precinctcount units until resumption of custody by board. – Under orders of the local board, a police officer shall remain at the votingplace until the board, personally or by a custodian, resumes custody of theoptical scan precinct count units and voting booths.
