§ 17-25.2-2 Declaration of policy. –It is declared to be in the public interest and to be the policy of the stateto foster greater participation in ballot question advocacy in a transparentand open manner and to provide the public with sufficient information regardingthe source of contributions received and expenditures made for ballot questionadvocacy.
