§ 17-7-9 Voter fraud – Posting ofpenalties. – The state board of elections shall cause to be posted, in a conspicuous placeat all polling locations, a poster stating that voter fraud is a felony withpenalties enumerated in §§ 17-23-4 and 17-26-1 and containing thestatement: "You must be registered to vote from your actual place of residence."
