§ 17-9.1-1 - Registration required to vote.

SECTION 17-9.1-1

   § 17-9.1-1  Registration required to vote.– No person shall be a qualified voter at any election unless that person isregistered under the authority of this chapter or pursuant to any otherprovisions of this title.
