§ 18-11-7 - Non-liability of corporation and transfer agent.

SECTION 18-11-7

   § 18-11-7  Non-liability of corporation andtransfer agent. – A corporation or transfer agent incurs no liability to any person by making atransfer or otherwise acting in a manner authorized by this chapter.
