§ 18-12.1-8 Application to existinginstitutional funds. – This chapter applies to institutional funds existing on or established afterthe effective date of this chapter. As applied to institutional funds existingon the effective date of this chapter, this chapter governs only decisions madeor actions taken on or after that date.
