§ 18-4.1-15 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the filing of any provision to any personor circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the chapter, which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thischapter are declared to be severable.
