§ 18-7-9 - Receipt for custodial property.

SECTION 18-7-9

   § 18-7-9  Receipt for custodial property.– A written acknowledgment of delivery by a custodian constitutes a sufficientreceipt and discharge for custodial property transferred to the custodianpursuant to this chapter.
