§ 19-12-15 Notice to parties. – The court having jurisdiction over any proceedings under this chapter shallhave full power to shorten the time for scheduling hearings and giving noticethereof and to limit notice of creditors, depositors and other parties ininterest to newspaper publication or other means as it shall deem appropriategiven the exigencies of the proceeding, the number of parties to be givennotice and the expenses of providing that form of notice.
