§ 19-14-30 Rules and regulations. –The director or the director's designee may adopt reasonable rules andregulations for the implementation and administration of the provisions of thischapter. The director or the director's designee shall adopt and amendreasonable rules and regulations, not later than March 31, 2008, as may benecessary to effectuate and implement the provisions of §§ 19-14-1,19-14-2, 19-14-3, 19-14-4, 19-14-6, 19-14-7, 19-14-9, 19-14-22, 19-14-23 and19-14-33 pertaining to mortgage loan originators in order that those provisionspertaining to mortgage loan originators are in effect and force on January 1,2009.
