§ 19-5-25 - Exercise of same powers as federal credit unions.

SECTION 19-5-25

   § 19-5-25  Exercise of same powers asfederal credit unions. – A credit union may engage in any activity authorized by law or regulation forfederal credit unions which, in the opinion of the director or the director'sdesignee, is not unsafe and unsound for the credit union.
