§ 2-13-10 Audit of commission's books.– The controller of the state of Rhode Island is authorized and empowered fromtime to time to examine the accounts and books of the commission, including itsreceipts, disbursements and any other items referring to its financial standingthat the controller deems proper and to report the results of that examinationto the director of administration.
