SECTION 2-18.1-24
§ 2-18.1-24 Additional authority of thedirector. – The director is authorized and empowered:
(1) To make rules and regulations for carrying out theprovisions of this chapter;
(2) To employ any assistants necessary to enable him or herto discharge his or her duty in carrying out the provisions of this chapter; and
(3) To grant special shipping certificates to residents ofthis state on individual shipments of nursery stock or other plants and plantproducts in compliance with the plant inspection and plant quarantineregulations of the state of destination.
