§ 2-18.1-25 Review of orders. – Any person affected by any order made or served pursuant to this chapter mayhave a review of the order by the director and from his or her decision mayappeal to the courts for the purpose of having the order modified or suspended.Application for review may be made to the director, in writing, within ten (10)days after the receipt of the order and the review shall be allowed andconsidered by the director at any time and place that the director mayprescribe.
