§ 2-18.1-5 Shipments from foreigncountries. – Any person receiving any nursery stock from a foreign country shall immediatelynotify the director of the arrival of the shipment, the contents, and the nameand address of the consignor, and shall hold the shipment for at leastninety-six (96) hours to enable the director to make an official inspection ofthe nursery stock.
