§ 2-7-16 "Stop sale" orders. – The director may issue and enforce a written or printed "stop sale, use, orremoval" order to the owner or custodian of any lot of commercial fertilizerand to hold at a designated place when the director finds the commercialfertilizer is being offered or exposed for sale in violation of any of theprovisions of this chapter until the law has been complied with and thecommercial fertilizer is released in writing by the director, or the violationhas been otherwise legally disposed of by written authority. The director shallrelease the commercial fertilizer so withdrawn when the requirements of theprovisions of this chapter have been complied with and all costs and expensesincurred in connection with the withdrawal have been paid.
